Having just ‘Talked -up’ the NSW Coast fellows, this week we praise the skill of the Country boys!
Ray Walter’s Gunnedah Gang had a very sucessful week despite the continuingggggggg WIND! For the past 4years Ray and his cohorts have been attempting to Fish the Coral Sea (Saumarez Reef) but the weather has been to windy to travel the open sea leg to reach Saumarez. However, judging by these quality and number of catches, who’s complaining!

Well what a week yes we got plenty of wind but plenty of fish & top quality at that. Big Sweetlip were really on in the shallows & we bagged out by Thursday night, good quality trout & the usual number of pelagics. Thanks to Captain Adam , Bruce, Deb, Cameron & Charlie for making such a great week possible, we all had a ball. Thanks also to the Weather Lady (Louise)for here assistance in organising our trip. See you all again next year
