Bob’s crew left a freezing 15 degrees in Melbourne, ( pretty ordinary weather for the Spring Racing Carnival) for the Balmy Barrier Reef and Saumarez. They even made some $$$ at the TAB in Gladstone before their charter!

A Word about CROCs…if you want to know the safest, most comfortable shoe to wear on board Kanimbla, you can’t go past CROCs. They don’t slip at all on our decks and they are extemely comfy wet or dry…and they never smell! You may choose not to go leprichaun green with pringle socks, But most of our crew wear them in more subdued colours!

Commodore Michael K. admirably organised his crew of car racing enthusiast along with some of their off-spring on a Swains Reef fishing charter…and what a bumper week of fishing it was!

It certainly has been a long time between drinks…or posts actually. However I do have a fairly good excuse. The residence and office of Kanimbla Charters has been having a make over and we had to move out and stay in alternate accomodation. Sadly, we only had dail-up internet and could not upload any info/images to this site.
But we are home again and I have a nice new office with highspeed broadband access! Yipee! Here’s my old office & new office.
