22nd – 29th July 2006

John’s Crew from Ballina and Nth. NSW left cooler climes for a mild QLD winter- at the Swains the weather is warmer than on land as the air temperature reflects the water temperature. So our when we are 150 – 200kms out to sea the temperatures don’t fall below 20!…and of course the fish are always around.

This was a week where the Red Emperors were out in force – however the boys still have to catch them.
